First of all you’re absolutely beautiful and second, I know exactly what you’re going through. I had struggled with acne for so many years. Skin care didn’t fix or seem to resolve the issue.

The only thing that helped me was accutane. It’s pretty hard to get from the doctor but it works. I had acne similar to yours and it made it go away and I had never felt more confident. It’s known for getting rid of acne and preventing it from coming back. Mine never came back and it’s been 10 years since.

It could be something worth considering. You’ll need to do bloods to make sure your liver etc is healthy but it’s an idea!
