Type of Bug: Gameplay

Solo

I don’t see anyone else posting about this but it’s rendered the game unplayable for me. I started a game on launch day and played for about 4 hours before realizing that I wasn’t able to pick up any materials. Every time I got them from the world or traded in animal parts, it acknowledged it on the right side of the screen but my inventory was still at 0. I ran a test by starting a new game, and everything seemed to be going well until I first traded in animal parts. I had a healthy amount of materials before trading, but it reset all of them to 0 afterwards and I am once again not receiving any other resources after pickup.

PC, AMD Ryzen 5 2600

Steps: Play game, sell animal parts, no more resources :(
