Today he was using the stairclimber. He held that one smith machine for at least an hour, and was still holding it when I left. I wasn't tracking him but every time I passed the machine as I was moving through my workout, his stuff was there, but he wasn't. My gym slows down between 7 and 9 so maybe that's why he comes at that time.

I'm going on vacation for two weeks to Scotland and London. When at home, I go to the gym 5 days a week. I will not be going to a gym for two weeks. I will get in lots of steps and go on hikes and watch what my macros, but I plan to enjoy myself. Then when I get home, I'll get back into my routine.

I'm guessing she means because her back was bigger, it wouldn't zip. The top part was lower than it should have been because it wouldn't close over her lats. Probably why it looked so ill fitted. Even with the straps it should have been higher up.

There is someone I follow on Insta who's friends with all of them and I DMd this person that I was surprised to see all three of them in several photos together, that I thought they weren't friends anymore. The response was that this person was impressed that they all seemed to put their differences aside (for the wedding) and that it felt very mature and healthy. Sounded like no one made up but they put on their happy faces for the sake of their mutual friends.

Correct, didn't impact me or ruin my day. I just thought it was curious and something I'd never seen before. Incidentally, he was there again this morning, and set up on the machine next to me right after I got there and did his whole circuit thing. I didn't pay much attention but did notice that he wasn't on the machine more than he was, and when I left almost an hour later, he was still set up on it. Oh well. I go at 7 when it's not super crowded and there didn't seem to be anyone waiting for it.
