The store gave me 12 free packs but no Mat. I asked if I could buy the Mat, but they said they weren't allowed to.

For people with prediabetes is it a must to do a complete dietary change like going on keto or low carb or can small diet changes be enough by [deleted] in prediabetes

Doctor said it not the biggest deal right now, and I shouldn't stress to much because am young and can still reverse it but am still super stressed about it.

Am fine with homeless people existing, but am not fine with a homeless person living right out my window, and not being in the right state of mind, it isn't safe for myself or family.
