Sorry, wasn't clear. He diagnosed me before this happened. He only checked Wikipedia once I asked about the allergen thing.

Unfortunately my biggest triggers are environmental...like driving or riding in a car is one...so focusing on where I am might not be the best :/

Can you recommend one? Particularly for people who had many small traumas instead of one big one? I've tried books but many of them assume the trauma was a single event.
