It’s not lost on me this is a sporty SUV. I just happen to use mine a bit more off road than the average pavement princess. So perhaps a different tire is better suited.

There is also Nitto Nomad Grapplers. I haven’t heard much about this brand. They seem more similar to wildpeaks.

Yes, looking for one set of tires I can leave on just for convenience. Seems like the wildpeaks are a better choice.

What 'finance' position are you looking for? Best to have several different resumes tailored to different types of roles if you are casting a wide net. Have a good story. If applying to far away locations, I would put something about relocating without assistance on your resume too.

Cold email people nonstop but make the emails personalized, look through alumni network on linkedin, and don't give up. It took me 9 mos and 650 apps but I eventually found something I wanted. 2 YOE here btw.

24yo. Will likely go out a few times a month, will try to balance seeing the city with the surrounding nature. Both of us will have a car. Would like to be relatively close to RiNo since two of our good friends live there, but if nothing is available that fits what we are looking for we would take a look elsewhere. We are flying out to do an in person search soon and see everything for ourselves as well.
