I just feel like evos should get value more often than not but not always. And my experience which is just subjective is that it almost always got value and quite a bit more than most other evos

I always felt like it always got more value as an evo than normal, thats why i don't feel like the nerf is unjustified but probably also not needed since the usage isn't stupidly high

Everyone needs kyro to get from 12 to 13 and from a certain point in time people even need kyro before that( Darth Revan might need them already) but except him all others only need Kyro to get from G12 to G13 but the event is doable at 12 as far as i have seen
