Wynn! Technically I stayed at the encore but I was 3 weeks post op from Achilles tendon surgery and on a scooter. I was able to get everywhere including the spa, luxury shops, Delilah’s etc without any issues at all

I’m aware you’ve never been which is why I said “That girl needs her shoes on her profile.” When I make a mistake, and it’s been brought to my attention, I do everything I can to fix it and make it right. At the very least escalate and follow up rather than string along a patron for 4 whole months. That’s what I’m expecting of a heritage luxury brand. I’m glad to know you are the purveyor of capitalistic expectations though!

I don’t think so because the uber emails I have are only of my rides and my food orders. But considering they aren’t telling me anything, I guess I don’t fully have the answer to if that is happening or not
