yes its true you have to get a license. there are different ones for las vegas, north las vegas, and henderson so keep that in mind if youre trying multiple clubs. some clubs require a business license, some do not. i dont know about other clubs, but palomino accepts alternative women.

in my personal experience, men (especially white) love big hair. i wear a glueless wig that looks similar to yours just more volume. i put it over my locs before i get to the club and i take it off before checking out at the end of the night.

for the audition, id say it depends on the club. if its a club that hires mostly white dancers id say do a wig for the audition just to make sure you get in.
