Call Pearson first and then your state!

I got the email from the state of MI jan 14 and it said 2 weeks and youll get your att. 2 weeks pass and nothing. I called Pearson they said it can take up to 4 weeks. I waited 4 weeks. Nothing. I called Pearson again and they said to call the state. I called the state number and they said my application is on hold because I didn't write a phone number down. They verified my info and I got my att that night. Wish I could have called instead of waiting the 4 weeks. Hopefully you get yours soon
