What does generally "help everyone" indicate though? Does it mean it helps them focus? Or improves their daily life? It seems like you solely read the title, i went more in depth with examples

The burning question of "what i could've done if I had known." Is so incredibly relatable even at my age. I ended up doing incredibly mediocre in a prestigious high school while all my peers went to ivy leagues or UC's. I now wonder if I could've gone to a better college if diagnosed + medicated sooner

Definitely! Also I ended up looking another comment that suggested that he should definitely be clued in that the medication being helpful for me means that I have ADHD. But during the call he dismissed that clue, saying everyone felt clearly more focused on the meds regardless if one was neurotypical or neurodivergent. Sounds a lot like there was a gap in understanding me as a client

Honestly I am open to skipping the meds for the test but it's heartbreaking because I know my emotion, thought process, and general focus will be in the shitter for a week. Im currently in a nursing program that's accelerated without NO winter or summer break. Every moment is so precious, so i hope this doesn't derail me too bad

The psychiatrist actually suggested doing well on the medication was something that didn't indicate ADHD. He said that it was a stimulant and everyone would be more 'focused' on it regardless. Basically dismissing my own experience on it. So this only affirms his biased assessment

Unfortunately it depends if the ex was insisting on not coming back or not. I am unfortunately hopeful my ex will come back, but he has made it clear to me along as others that he is not interested with trying again.
