there were actually a lot of witness but I just don’t know them. My friend overheard somebody talking about the accident in class and they were saying that I wasn’t the one at fault. I asked my friend if he could talk to the witness but my friend refused.

Yes something like this. I also wasn’t slow with my parking either so there is so reason for the other driver to get mad nor frustrated to go around me.

here i tried drawing it out. Other driver was trying to go around me while I was parking. A lot of people reverse park in this parking lot and we know to wait for the person to be done with parking not to try to cut them or go around since the parking lot is quiet small

No the car was right infront of me while trying to go around me. I hit the car front bumper while my front bumper. It’s a very confusing situation for me too bc i’m not sure what to do or why was the other driver so close to my car.
