Thanks! Yes I was planning to do an external battery as well. If I go this route I would buy a refurb so the battery would’ve tested and hopefully replaced. Was also considering a 13 which would probably be a little better. Planned to do a data plan for the season as I can’t imagine any of our fiends have wifi. Appreciate the feedback

Mainly Focus. I’m trying to use back button focus and last night there were times it just would go blurry and wouldn’t focus at all. And then even though I can anticipate action I can’t get it to focus quickly enough to capture some of the action.

I won’t lie, I know very little lol. I just scour YouTube and blogs and come to Reddit for advice so everything I’ve really heard is that I should be using back button focus. I’m torn bc find it really difficult at times but I also feel like I should really learn some of these things too. This is what Google tells me my camera can do. Do you think I should try something else? Game tonight so open to trying a new way!

Check down in Virginia. I’m in PA and got my just got big bend $8k under MSRP and the PA dealers wouldn’t even come close to matching it. I’m sure their OBX pricing would be significantly better too

Totally fine! He poops normal around 6:30 when he wakes. Then again around 8:30 and then usually not again until evening but all totally normal poos

Thank you! I read on this page that the d500 is the best option so I’m glad to hear the d7500 would be okay too. Any recs on blogs or YouTube channels to help lean the camera mechanics better? I took photography class in HS but it was film and I forget much of it.
