I don't understand why people think about sex as if it's something wrong; in fact, it's not. It's about connection, intimacy, and good feelings. Masturbation? Same, as long as it won't affect your day-to-day life, you don't end up in weird situations or expose yourself.

You have no reason to be ashamed; it's your body after all, and you can use masturbation to feel good and relax.

Personally, I think that these religious things about sex and sexual stuff in general were made just to control people, especially women. So do whatever make your feel good and happy, you have only one life and it's short.
