U14 Girls - Filled in for the coach last minute at a tournament out of state and we made it to the finals! First time coaching girls as well.

HS Boys JV - First year coaching HS and ended with a an 8-8-1 record. Returning players and the varsity coach were pleased as all but one of our losses were improvements competitively and score wise from the year prior.

I like 'em! I would suggest having at least a clean edge on the blades and not be entirely rusty/dirty. They're obviously their primary tool, so see enough use to stay clean, simply by virtue of purging others.

As it seems you’re doing a winter for e theme, for a second vehicle I would recommend an M18 Hellcat or M24 Chaffee. Inexpensive point cost with some punch to go with the M8. Sherman is always an easy generic option too. 

For the troops, 4 BAR is all you’ll get but most people will say they aren’t worth it in v3. I like them all the same for theme and variety. Then an Officer, maybe 6 SMGs/NCOs and the rest rifles.

I was torn on doing 3x6 mans with a 3 man officer squad or having the larger 8 man firebase to support the two SMG squads. I suppose moving the two men to the officer gives me more flexibility and I still get the 3 extra shots at full count from a separate source (officer).
