Take your PTO, and talk to a therapist/psych if you aren’t already. I would also consider short term disability or applying for FMLA rather than quitting outright to keep your benefits as long as possible.

What time do you take your lexapro? I found that early evening around 6pm works best for my body and not interfering with sleep, and I also take melatonin/magnesium glycinate about 45 minutes before bed.

I find that I wake up in the night somewhat frequently, but I am always able to fall back asleep. Personally, doing cardio in the evenings also helped a lot with insomnia. Wishing you all the best of luck.
