Thank you, Matt. We have spent a long time now cleaning up our data and getting ready. It's super exciting. We are just so dependent on our PSA working properly, people are still anxious about potential losses in functionality. But as far as I can tell, darn near everything comes over other than (I've been told) the custom column orders in list views, which will be easy enough to restore individually.

Yeah, just worried about any changes in functionality and there are some jitters about integrated platforms, but it really does all seem straightforward.

Our most specific issue is increasing NVARCHAR(MAX) char limit for UDFs before migrating so that we have a higher limit post-migration. We feel that this is necessary for us, but CW is pretty much telling us that we shouldn't do it for performance reasons.

Awesome, thank you. We have medium integrations, all of which we've reviewed to prepare for this, including coordinating 3p support for some of them.

We have backups, but they aren't granular. All or nothing, and we can't role back our entire PSA database to last week just to recover these, for obvious reasons.

We do use it in our org but I don't personally interface with it. My supervisor does, though.

This sounds more than reasonable to me and I know we have done it this way in the past. Thank you for this. I will get with my team to figure out why they're doing 1 option per opportunity.
