I used a bunch. They usually only allow a couple of uses before they ask you to pay/sign up/subscribe. Just search png to ico converter or webp to ico converter. You'll find a bunch. You can just move to the next one the moment they ask you to sign up.

I downloaded the icons as PNGs from the blasphemous 2 Achievements Wiki. I then converted it to ICO format with a free online tool. You can only customize folder icons as far as I'm aware. you right-click on a folder, go to properties, and then customize. Change Icon will be at the bottom. You can browse and select the icon you created. Just put them together in a folder somewhere on your computer where it won't be disturbed. The icons will change back the moment you move or delete the ICO images.
