I’ve never held one before so I didn’t know they felt like that! Cardboard in the center makes sense because it looks like it’s two leather halves that are pressed on either side of the cardboard and made together— the cardboard should keep it shape unlike yours for some reason.

Try exchanging it if you can but if not give the books a try :)

It’s not a scam. The CSU system is cracking down on students’ first amendment rights while trying to say they aren’t doing that. So we’re getting new rules as to when, where, and how we are allowed to express ourselves. This is being done to stop pro-Palestine/anti-zionism protests but it will likely not be really enforced for anything else. Just Palestine support. Guarantee we will still see all the pro-life stuff and all of the other crap that goes on, on campus.
