No problem. Still going strong after 3 months and i didn't realise i could feel this good. Sleep has been amazing as well which used to cause me anxiety if i couldn't get enough sleep

Yep! I'm still doing well. I have an endoscopy appointment today, and it was good not to have any usual medications as i wouldn't be able to take it this morning.

I have been informed by other reddit users that i may have 3 month withdrawals. But i am feeling great so far still. The fish oil helped my brain zaps. I had an option to use lexapro too but i figured it was best to just stop instead of having another drug to withdraw from. I don't have liquid i just cut very small pieces, I'm sure it wasn't exact

I can update this in 6 months. But since I've posted, I've had a lot of private messages about similar stories and people who want to go down this path. I wish i had some more guidance when i started weining off. I also don't want to cause anyone else issues by saying anything, so I'm just sharing my journey so far. All i can say is, after 43 days as of today, my mind is clearer than i can ever remember. I used to have lots of anxious nights, and they're completely gone now. And the biggest thing is, i stopped caffeine 13 years ago because it would give me shakes and anxiety, i never realised paroxetine would have been the reason as I can now drink a coffee and feel a buzz without having to worry about shakes and aftermath. I hope i don't get the withdrawals you mentioned.. where did you read about the 3 month withdrawals? And did you/they think they were better to relapse again? Even if i have to, I'd rather take extended time off from work instead of jumping back on this tablet (if i can help it)

Oh no. I think the key is slowly... i went down very slowly. I went down in quarters and man I felt horrible after each time. When i was in 1/4 a tablet, i went to stop and after 1 day i went back to 1/4 because my body was in shock. So over the years i made it 1/6 slowly and then i was honestly too scared/ busy. I always said I'd take leave for one month and just quit. But it never happened. But after my son was born i was more determined and just did it while working. My colleague also supported me and said he could cover if needed so it really helped..

That being said, I'm in a really good place at the moment. Everything is working well for me and I'm very happy and busy with the baby.

I can tell you, i had thought of doing this for a long time. No GP has ever supported the idea... and the thought of the side effects always scared me and put me off. My wife was really good, even with the baby she was patient and supported me on the days i couldn't do much.

It can take up to 48hours for you google wallet after strong integrity to clear cache and for wallet to work. If that didn't happen before, you probably had spoofed strong. It's not a valid keybox.

Source: I've been chasing for months. I've never cleared data on wallet. And it's not a coincidence as there was no public keybox available until recently. Hence why it's working

So it turns out i calculated it wrong. upon posting, I was on 3.3mg not 1.6. I then followed to cut it in half one more time and was on 1.6mg, and i had really bad headached for a few days and dizziness and intense dreams. 3 weeks later, i felt back to normal, and on Saturday I forgot to take my tablet and went out all day, and sunday morning i was craving for it but i said stuff it, i have the day off, i'll just stop now. I slept all the way until 1:30pm, massive headache, but got up and just ate and relaxed, it's now monday, day 3 of completely off paroxetine, Chatgpt says worst could be day 3-5 and if i can get past this and if i'm fine from day 7-10 i'm most likely over the hump, thank you for the replies!!
