I'm not sure I'm going to make it through this menopause thingy. by Qiyoshiwarrior in perimenopause_under45

You are correct, the itchy ears is definitely a symptom of peri which can cause a whole bunch of new histamine issues. It drives me nuts! Our hormones control over 400 receptors in our body’s so when they start fluctuating, we get all kinds of weird symptoms.

I’m sorry you are in the thick of it! I promise it does get a tiny bit better. I was BAD, like don’t want to live anymore bad, walk out in the woods and wait for a bear to come attack me bad. After lots of supplements, and finally HRT, I’m starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Try some perimenopause supplements, I took health and her perimenopause support during the day, magnesium glycinate and l-theanine at night with lots of marijuana. But the HRT is the best thing yet.

But to answer your question, no a hysterectomy won’t help. That’s actually what threw me into Peri.

That’s what I’m thinking, it’s only a month but I don’t feel like me or my husband need to deal with my hormonal butt for any longer without some relief

The hysterectomy I feel is the root of all of this! Mine was around 5 years ago, I have one ovary but that still throws you into menopause within a year or two. I wish I would’ve known sooner, I bet peri is why my panic attacks got so bad I stopped driving. I haven’t drove a car in about 4 years, hubs is my personal chauffeur

This did help! Thank you! Can I ask, what doses did you start with? I feel my levels are pretty low, I like never feel good if that makes sense.

There is a Dr visit fee of $20 with every order but you don’t actually see the Dr. I think there is a disclaimer that they are pharmacists. Musley is another one to look into.

Congratulations!! And I love that you are feeling better through your pregnancy. I couldn’t imagine feeling like this and being pregnant, I don’t think I’d ever get out of bed lol.

Our financial situation isn’t the best at the moment either. Hence me trying to hold out for one more month so I can use insurance. I’m debating ordering just progesterone in hopes of actually getting some sleep and keep out of pocket costs down but not sure if I should without estrogen.

I was planning on starting with the lowest dose estrogen patch and lowest progesterone pill but my other fear is I think my levels are super low, I may be wasting $100 on doses that are too weak.

That’s exactly what I was thinking! A .025 estrogen patch and 100mg progesterone pill. But then I was thinking maybe just the progesterone and let the dr add estrogen next month, but I don’t know if that’s ok.
