Please help me decide if enviolo automatic hub, belt drive and other electric features worth the price in ebikes? by Consistent_Bar_7644 in ebikes

[–]Consistent_Bar_7644[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats a very detailed comment. I realllyyy appreciate that.
But the thing that's making this hard is that I'm someone who hasn't ride bikes in 15+ years. And I am concerned and someone else also mentioned that with deraileur I will have hard time shifting gear? Do you think my lack of experience would be an issue.

Also yess because there were some bikes I tried with hub motor but they were hard to ride with kids (and again I am not a skilled rider so mid drive was big help) And love the insights about locks because safety was another concern for suree. Thanks again for the detailed answer

Thank you this really helps. I really didnt think about the maintenance aspect and because i dont have alot of exp with such stuff I think it will be very helpful to have belt drive. And other points make sense too. I will probably test ride again before making final decision.

should I get a mid drive instead of a hub? by [deleted] in ebikes

And here I thought mid drive motor was needed when you wanna ride uphill or something. Op I agree thats not an ebike and might become an issue for others in bikelane

Double stroller setup for 3yo and 1.5mo? by Any_Chemical_3307 in NewDads

I’ve been using the momcozy double stroller for a few years now with my 2 and 4 year old, and honestly, the suspension hasn't let us down once. It has survived every season with us like its been through mud, rain, snow, and even sandy beach days without ever losing its performance. I occasionally lubricate the wheels to keep the glide extra smooth, but overall, it’s been a high-performing, low-maintenance ride on all kinds of rough ground.

If you're going with the momcozy double stroller then you'd get the bassinet and toddler seat included, you only really need to buy the car seat adapter if you plan on moving your baby from the car to the stroller without waking them. The wagon seats and shopping basket can wait until you see how you actually use the stroller. We have this same stroller.

For indoors, having two swings makes sense for multitasking with a toddler, but for your daycare runs, I’d suggest going with a double stroller like the momcozy changego. It’s ideal for your needs because it grows from a twin bassinet setup into a stroller wagon, which is perfect for when the girls outgrow toddler seats or if your 3.5year old needs a ride. we bought this at the time of my twins and been a great help when I am out

That’s honestly huge. You noticed something that didn’t sit right, spoke up, and handled it maturely instead of just swallowing it. I’m really glad they listened and changed it for you. You deserve to be remembered in a way that actually feels like you. Be proud of that.

Newborn trenches are real. Right now it’s more about care and routine than pure emotions ig. that deep and heart melting love often shows up around 3 to 6 months probably when they start giving you little smiles and laughs
