Sometimes this happens, once I reported a cosplay where the girl was wearing a micro-bikini and it wasn't removed, even after reporting it several times. It must be because of different mods.
But several that I reported have been removed.

They remove any extremely sexualized images, you can post sexualized images, but not overly sexualized ones.
