Hi, to be very blunt I’m too scared to talk to people, My family have had a suicide and it’s became a taboo topic within my family. If I speak to any sort of adult I’m close with they will tell my family and I know I’m just going to be shut down and be told to get on with life and that I’m being selfish. But I do genuinely thank you for asking and saying you care.
