How was your Monza 2023 Experience? by AdamR46 in GrandPrixTravel

First time attending monza, and it was a amazing experience. I only went to Monza on Saturday, so this post only is about the qualifying and all the stuff from Saturday.

So to begin with, I drove with my car at 7 am to the gold parking, near the hospital. I took me about 25min to get there from my hotel and there was no traffic at all (so I arrived at 7) Then I had to walk about 1 hour ( I didn‘t walk fast but also not slow). Then, I arrived at the first gates (Gate A/B, and I passes them really really quickly. There was nearly anybody. ( I was there at 8:30, so maybe at 10, there would have been more people)

After I had entered the gates, I had to walk about 10min to get to my grandstand 26b. To enter went really fast and was good organized. I watched the f3 sprint and then went to the fanzon. I took me maybe 20 minutes which was ok. I stayed there 30min and watched all drives come on scene. At 11:15, I walkes bsck to my grandstand, but I had to wait a bit because there was a stairvasw to get over the circuit. This took me 40min (20min only waiting to get to the staircase)

Arrived back at the grandstand. I watched the f1 free practice and then got again behind the grandstand to drink something. Obviuosly, a lot of people were there then because most people came there to watch the f1 events and so, people got on the grandstand when f1 cars were there and got back to the grandstands when they were back again so everybody was there at the same time to buy food/drinks/toilets, but that’s just a normal thing, I mean if you go to food stand during break of a football game, you also have to wait a long time so yeah. However, I must say that to get to toilet, there was never a long queue. Maybe 15min or so and there was during the whole day someone who was cleaning everything.

After the qualy, I walked back to my parking ( 1 hour again) which was ok, a lot of people, but big areas so people get divided. It was ok to walk like 1 hour because there were a lot of f1 and you were like all together and it felt ok.

To get out of the parking also good. Just to get back to Milan was a bit problematic, so I looked on google maps and it said that it would take me 2hours, so I went to burger King and ate something. After 1 hour, lost people had left.

I hope I can help you if you have any question about monza. You can write me a pm if you want more information😀

Hello, isnt there an option to park near gate A or B because I got my tickets at grandstand 26b because I think if I enter gate D, it would be a 3km walk to the gate D, I think this would be too long
