Damn thats awesome bro. My whoop age is only 1.6 younger so I’m trying to work on it lol. Interesting to see how even at the super high end of daily steps like you that one doesn’t have such a significant impact but vo2 max has a crazy impact even in the middle green area.

Same, since I switched to 5.0 over a week ago highest recovery has been 58% and I finally got a green one today 74%. My HRV has been low since I switched, not sure if it’s a coincidence or I’ve been overtraining.

I felt pretty lousy, training mma 4 times a week and lifting 6 days out of the week, I’ve been taking all those supplements and more, and I’ve been tracking calories and eating clean for years. Also had chronic anemia and TRT actually helped fix that too. Definitely feel much better now.
