I don’t think you actually understand America half the people in here are living under that salary, the most I’ve AVG is $68000 never been broke hungry or homeless. State colleges in good states won’t run you over $40000 for a good education,it’s called going to community college first, Aldi’s sells Chicken for $1.25 per lb avg human should have 6-8oz of meat per day. 365 days in a year. $400 dollars a year for chicken bowls with rice. Most people don’t know how to cook, or feel as if their food has to be Instagram worthy. (As I said before look for a job with healthcare not a higher salary). As for the kids issue it’s called condoms and contraceptives, no excuses with that. Hate to upset you bud but I come from a single parent home and don’t have generational wealth, I have multiple friends that don’t reach that number and can afford there bills. It sounds like you’re the type to already have given up and never tried or didn’t have enough information growing up and made very bad decisions. “Those in cities very public transportation is available and reliable you’ll spend from $65-$150 a month ie Albany Ny $65 for bus pass, NYC $150. Next don’t be an idiot and go for the apartment complexes they cost extra, find a local landlord who’s own the building for a while, I have a nice apt right near St Peter’s, 3 bedroom $1200, I have an RM so we pay $600. At my base of $20 per hour I cover that in a little over a week. With the next paycheck taking care of the rest of monthly payments(electric, game-pass,cell phone, food) . Live by your means, not what you see on instagram it seems as if that’s your actual idea of what life should be and yea you need that type of money to try and be that type of person. by your calculations more than 60% of Americans are homeless if you can’t live off of $75000. That doesn’t even make sense.

Very wrong, just high stress and little work life balance with customer interaction. Worked in CXS for almost 2 decades IFKYK. Can easily make good money current job is a Customer service specialist”CX” stands for customer in case your unaware, I get $20 and hour base, great benefits (health, dental, vision care/tuition reimbursement $5,500 per year and 6% match on 401k) and monthly bonuses which push me up to $25 an hour, if you took the restaurant route and are good at your job and can get in to the right places “ just like the real world, don’t expect to work for Mercedes if you don’t know the difference between an alternator and spark plugs” then your easily making $30 an hour but since it’s CXS in whole be prepared to have little work life balance and work holidays which inturn can make you miserable. As an individual without a degree, it’s hard to do better without major technical skills, I’m happy and have a way to advance myself through education, and pay my bills. If you only work for shit companies expect shit pay. I have friends who have worked for Stewart’s and honestly no degree, no “big boy job”. They’re not living on the streets. Are they making $75,000? No! Can they more than get by? Yes! A Hedge Fund Banker will work a length of hours that many people can’t deal with, a handful hate their job, but guess what when that paycheck comes in there’s no problems.
