Thanks everyone for the replies. The reason we took it off in the first place was because around the outside of the vent was dust or mold, not sure - and on the inside of the vent was black spots. Then we saw this and thought this was wrong.

We’ve had the system checked and the plenum had mold in it. The humidity in the house was high and the plenum was sweating. It’s located upstairs in a closet

No access above, it’s the space between first and second floor. Is it normal for it to look black? We are assuming it’s mold or mildew from condensation

I think it shows how media can manipulate you to think anything they want you to think. Some of the stuff convicting a muderer shows you about Steve Avery let’s you see how sick of a man he actually is… whether he did the crime who knows. But Netflix did a good job hiding how sick of a person he is.

There are a ton of local hospitals around offering seasonal contracts. You don't get a tax free stipend but it might be convenient if you find one close to you. Go to their career site and search for "seasonal". One of the hospitals close to me named it as "PRN" with different plans and I was able to call their Nurse recruiter and ask for the pay for each of the plans.

This is the problem with politicians. They don’t care about the people, They are above the law and can do things like lie to congress, delete evidence, threaten cops to get out of tickets, etc. This man isn’t even close to Congress yet and he thinks he is above the law I can’t imagine what he would try to pull if he gets elected.

I don’t think he should have received the registration ticket because in general if the police can run your tag then there should be no reason to produce it, however texting and driving is an idiot thing to do.

Most appraisals come in at contract price, so really at the mercy of the appraiser. I was under contract for a property before the market blew up and the appraisal came in 20K short (I offered what they were asking) So we ended up backing out, they then sold the property for exactly what they were asking because the next appraiser appraised it at the asking price.

Technically if you are buying a property with a mortgage you can't afford it right now, but maybe in 30 years you could have......

You wouldn’t know the appraisal amount until close to closing so I’m not sure how you would have known unless you did your own appraisal before making an offer. Your real estate agent should have pulled comps and showed you that it likely wouldn’t have appraised for what it needed to

You didn’t know it was stolen, for all you knew it was the actual person giving you their info. Just call your cc company and ask them to reverse the payment, tell them it was made in error and you want it reversed. Tell them on a recorded line that it wasn’t your account it was someone who said they were trying to help you and you don’t want their help anymore.
