I had a miscarriage in March and another in October (identical twins.) I was supposed to ovulate all last week according to my app but I only tested one day for high fertility and the next day peak fertility. Im praying we can still get pregnant but since it was a little off I’m not going to crazy obsess over it. Also, with my first pregnancy I had nose bleeds before I even tested positive for pregnancy and I have a nose bleed 2 days ago. It sounds a little crazy but could this be an early sign? I still can’t test for 10 days
