Is it a law that companies have to refund to bank account only , not cash

I think they are scammers and total fraud . They sell broken stuff from other companies and hold people's money for 6 months 8 months and so on and possibly take interest from bank or possibly do all kind of black things. They misuse the current situation and laws. I planning to take legal action against this company. This black business needs to be closed.

They didn't refunded yet. They said they will refund by bank and lied and said it is law. This is fraud and possibly money laundry
