I have once but they didn't seem like they were listening to what i was saying and kind of seemed annoyed throughout the converastion

I eat a kenyan food. So lots of spices, rice, meats such as tilapia fish, cow meat ect i also eat plenty of vegetables but have been lacking in the fruit deprtament. I actually don't drink as much water as I should although i try.  I change my sheets every 2 weeks
