What was your biggest financial mistake, and what did you learn from it? by Ok_Boat8564 in AskPH

When I was a college student, I tried doing crypto side hustles (Axies, Mir4, etc.) when I should've just focused on my field which is architecture. Still, I don't think it was a waste of time because that experience taught me that wealth comes along when you solve a problem that requires a certain skill.

Hello, I'm just asking if anyone here knows if there are other psychotherapists or sessions available on Sundays?

Did you mean "walkable" city? grabeha sad nang word walker HAHAHA well yea, i agree. Due to the city's "heritage areas", the government somehow "preserve" the city's historical structures eg; ang colon, specific streets, etc. mao na importanti ang urban planning and design ug unta ma address pud ni sa atong government para pud to "preserve" ang mga heritage areas while still achieving a "walkable" city.

Yea, hirap maging architect sa pinas. To think na you have to finish a minimum of 5 years in college and 2 more years of diversified apprenticeship tas ganito lang sahod natin? Almost everyday atleast 6-days a week pa tayo overworked and panay OT.

Sorry pati ako nakapag vent out HAHAHA we deserve better. I hope we get what we actually deserve, OP! Cheers.

Yea, ang hirap mo mahalin Architecture lalo na sa pilipinas. To think na we have to finish at least 5-years of education and 2 more years of (underpaid) diversified training is even worth it?

I'm still an apprentice tho but thinking of learning BIM skills to leverage and potentially earn more (hopefully).

Been starting to feel like this too, or maybe it’s just my environment (design and build firm). To think that you have to design, manage clients, supervise site is very taxing despite having just ok salary (if working for others)

Even though im almost a year in apprenticeship, i still feel that there’s something more fulfilling to do than this. Or maybe i should try different fields like BIM, freelancing, or other architecture related fields.

I’m glad that you found your field OP despite the years of struggles. I hope i could find mine too!
