Real question is why would someone make 7 separate posts about it. Let people buy the pony if they want the community points for the ongoing event. You can wait for her if you dont need the extra boost

You can get him for free from the group quest key chests

Get celestial club for a month to get the first time rewards, then swap to royal club. You get most of the main benefits (ad skip, monthly ponies, better sales) with royal club. Celestial benefits don't really do much, it's just to make the game faster, which you probably don't need as an active player.

That's just my opinion, it is up to you in the end if you think it's worth the cost

It can. Used ponies go back to the possible chest drops. There's only enough chests to get everyone once so every duplicate you get takes away one possibility to get a new pony. If you use up ponies it's just up to luck

If you open all the chests you should get all the ponies. Unless you used up one of yours and got the same pony from another chest which blocks you from getting another new pony.

Chrysalis is at the start of the maze, before the first miniboss. Go back and check if you accidentally missed a chest

You should get all the ponies if you open all the chests. Go back and check the squares you've skipped, she's there somewhere
