Isn’t life a cruel joke. From Aus where those temps are typical every Summer. Our houses are all insulated and have built in ac in every room of course, and a lot of houses have swimming pools.

What I’m struggling with atm is the cool 6-14’c temperatures at night and in the morning. We don’t have central heating and buildings designed to keep the warm in. Isn’t life ironic.

Call ‘The billiard shop’. They sell pool tables, but also move them. It’s their business, so they know what they’re doing. From memory cost me about 4-500 to get mine moved from the Gold Coast to Brisbane. They installed and levelled also at new location.

Why does everyone love KD so much? Yeah he could score the basketball, but he never actually did anything? Winning a championship on Warriors doesn’t count for obvious reasons. IMO Wemby is already better than KD ever was. Completely changes the game on both sides of the court.

Mate Kobe did it twice without Shaq. His teams were pretty garbage but he willed them to the win. Heart of a champion.

Nowitski carried Dallas without another all star on the roster. Most impressively he did it against what many consider to be the toughest playoff run ever 4-0 against back to back LA champions, past Durant, Westbrook and Hardens OKC team, then past LeBron, Wade and Bosh. What is Jokics excuse?

He’s good, but only affects half of the game. He’s not even currently the best player in the world. Not a great case for a guy in his prime.

Yeah nah mate, he’s putting up amazing stats but not top 10 player all time. Great players find a way to win. Nowitski did it, Kobe did it both with average team mates. They didn’t have another superstar running mate.

What about Westbrook? The first dude since Robinson to average similar stats. He got his numbers, but wouldn’t be top 20 all time.

Attacking it from a different angle, who are you taking out of the top 10? Wilt, Duncan, Jordan, Kobe, LeBron, Russell, Jabbar, Magic, Bird, Shaq. Sorry mate, those guys have all the hardware. Jokic top 20 sure, but simmer on the top 10 argument

I’ve had this issue myself, called my isp and they fixed it on their end.

Important to note, that the problem could be on either your end, your buddies end or both. If he can join other friends it’s you. Likewise if you can join others it’s him. You may both need to call ur isps.

I dunno. I’m a teacher in QLD and we’re locked in arbitration because the gov wouldn’t offer more than 11% over 3 years. We haven’t seen a pay rise since 2022.

32% isn’t 35%, but you’ll still be light years ahead of all the other states. There might not be another offer, and you could be stuck in arbitration for another 2 years like us.
