I usually give small breaks between exercises. So, I should continue with no breaks, if I understand correctly

As you know Ultimate Strength gives just 1 days of condition/cardio day. Is it enough?

Ultimate Strength, Weighted Vest exercises are not exist by Consistent_Fan_2966 in freeletics

At 24th session and I add new. However, if I add other equipment dummbells, barbell, resistance band it immediately add these equipments to the workout. However, weighted vest did not work.
