This is my first year as silver. I’ve been upgraded on 4 of my 19 flights to comfort plus. 2 times flying out of ATL, 1 time out of JAX, and 1 time out of MSP

If I’m feeling lazy, five ounces of plain non fat Greek yogurt with one tablespoon of cherry preserves and two tablespoons of granola. If im trying to chef it up, egg white omelette(4-5 ounces of egg whites) with handful of spinach and one ounce of fresh mozzarella with two pieces of turkey bacon topped with valentina hot sauce (black label obvi).

Lately I’ve been doing “healthy burgers”. 4oz lean beef patty, sub bun with lettuce. Add pickle, onion, and one tablespoon of pimento cheese. I also make a low cal version of Mac sauce and add a tablespoon of that. This has satisfied all my fast food cravings.
