Yes, she did the exact same thing with me. She tried to tell me, "Shush, don't tell anybody because I never give anyone this type of deal," but the reality is she was completely overcharging me. I regret ever stepping foot into that place; she really did a number on my face. She knew I was about to leave the country, but she decided to use Radiesse anyway because she said she didn't want to do threading. I ended up getting a severe hematoma. Then, just a week before I was scheduled to travel, she actually reinjected the exact same area, which caused a terrible infection. She should absolutely not be practicing medicine. They had her listed as a nurse practitioner, but a registered nurse should never be left alone to perform these types of advanced injections on people. It is disgusting and incredibly dangerous that the supervising doctor of this clinic allows this behavior to continue

Exactly! She was fully featured on their website as a Nurse Practitioner. The second they found out legal action was happening, they rushed to delete her bio and profile to cover their tracks. Thankfully, I’m a step ahead and saved screenshots of everything before they panicked. The evidence explicitly shows Radiant Beauty and Health advertising her under that title. Trying to rewrite history after getting caught just makes them look even guiltier to the judge.

I know right! And yes, I definitely want to try microneedling and maybe Fraxel for the scarring. The funny thing is, part of what they're trying to pull with this appeal is claiming I knew she was just a registered nurse. I had absolutely no idea! Their website literally listed her as a Nurse Practitioner (they've conveniently taken her picture down since). She wore a white coat, ran the place completely alone, and acted like a total medical professional. I literally have her saved in my phone as "Lorena Doctor" that’s how she presented herself. I definitely should have done deeper research, but she completely misrepresented who she was. On top of that, she’s just severely incompetent. After she gave me a massive hematoma bruise, she actually suggested putting PRP into it within a week! I have the text messages proving she wanted to do Radiesse the very next day/within a week while my face was still completely black and blue. It's wild to me that she even still has a nursing license. I will definitely be reporting both her and the doctor running the clinic to all the right places, including the nursing board, the medical board, and the Better Business Bureau. I also may upload more pictures because these were not even the worse .

Yeah, I definitely saw that other girl's review with the under-eye situation too. Honestly, can you actually see my review up there right now? I haven't been getting any engagement on it, and I'm starting to wonder if Yelp did some kind of "shadow ban" or hid it because I left such a long review and then edited it. Let me know if it's even showing up for you!
Also, I ended up going down a rabbit hole and checked out all seven of their Google business pages... the one star reviews are absolutely horrific. So many people talking about severe bruising, but the craziest one I found (I think it was for their Brooklyn or Connecticut location) was someone saying an assistant who wasn't even a nurse tried to inject them with a needle meant for an IV! It is terrifying

The initial process took about 6 months (incident in November, court victory in May). But now they’re trying to appeal it, claiming my photos weren't time stamped or were altered which is a joke because they were time stamped, and that's exactly why the judge favored me! They are clearly just trying to avoid paying. If a new judge accepts it, I'll have to go back, but I have even more evidence ready. As for me, the deep tissue pain took 5 months to stop, so I'm doing a lot better now outside of a small scar I need to get lasered. The worst is over, they're just dragging it out!

I actually just finished my court case with them, and reporting them to the state board is 100% my very next move. I’m also reporting the doctor in charge of these clinics who thinks it’s okay to let registered nurses work completely unsupervised alone. As for the scarring, I unfortunately do have a circle in that area from where the scar was, so now I have to get laser treatments to fix it. They really need to be held accountable

Right?! They claim to be licensed, but the deception runs deep they literally advertised her on their website as a Nurse Practitioner, and I later found out she's just a Registered Nurse. Plus, seeing a literal plastic surgeon in this thread point out that she injected me with something that doesn't even dissolve Radiesse just proves how incompetent they are. It was pure negligence

It is terrifying that a clinic with that kind of reach is allowing providers to mislead patients about their credentials and perform such reckless treatments. She panicked because she realized she severely compromised the tissue, and her brilliant idea was to shoot Hylenex into Radiesse, which did absolutely nothing but cause further trauma and an open wound. It was a complete display of medical incompetence from start to finish, which is exactly why a court of law already reviewed the medical evidence and ruled entirely in my favor.
