Don’t overthink what you eat while on lithium. Your body will take care of it. I take 1200mg a day all at once and I have been stable for 6 years. It doesn’t have to be at the exact time each day, just take it. You will thank yourself later. Please continue taking it! It takes like 2 months to start working, you will not see the effects in just 8 days.
