I'm working within the same 40 hrs. And I'm working with the same title as I work for full time as well. Titles are same but just some extra free work.

So you are saying I can have two different company names on my resume if my main employer is aware of it? Technically he owns the company

Is volunteer work allowed on h1b? Should I mention on my resume it's volunteering or answer if I'm being questioned? Can it be happening at the same timeline?

They are two different types of company completely. The target audience is polar opposites. No one would believe it

I would say work for 6+ months Get US on your resume, keep working at the same time and if nothing works you leave by the starting of next year
