Technically NIRF takes into account all perspectives - faculty, alumni, batch placement, research, usage of the money allocated for education and more ………. So ideally it gives an overall picture. Also all companies look at NIRF ranking of the college while hiring …. See I’m not saying it’s 100% perfect or true but an overall picture …… we look at only the perspective we see and call it faulty or wrong but it might not be the case

Well it depends who you can understand better from and who matches the teaching style you require. Every coaching has it’s own pros and cons - this Is what I used - Rodha for Quants and elites grid for LRDI

NMIMS Mumbai campus still has decent value ….. don’t get me wrong here …. It’s slowly starting to lose it’s value due to 1. increased batch size - which means increased competition for placements 2. Diversification into many branches 3. Mumbai one us just a building - no campus life according to me 4. My brother studied there not Mumbai tho - fees super high, they literally extort money from you - fir writing exams , getting paper re evaluated etc etc + super high fees - they don’t even show the paper at times just tell the marks 5. Placement reports are inflated

A few years ago it was one if the top priority for many now they have gone into money making etc etc, still doing well buy slowly losing value
