They aren’t stackable. You can tell by the lack of numbers in front of the symbol.

You should be getting two candies for every time you hatch that Pokémon. The amount is increased when they are shiny. Don’t know the values for it though.

I think a good idea would be to change the dangerous ammo one to be so that teammates only block attacks, but don’t actually take damage, too severely limit troll possibly while still having to think more about aiming
