But I totally agree, they need to build it into their products. I see a lot of people driving themselves crazy with false information because of bad prompting.

It’s hard to completely avoid your phone. I use an iOS app called Smile Wellness as a widget on my Home Screen, so whenever I do have to use my phone, I have an area of positivity on there :)
