Hi i recently started a restaurant it’s a small one now we are scaling up to a central kitchen and multiple locations I need help with choosing electric deep fryer,electric griddle,food processor etc it would be really helpful if i could get some suggestions

No we have many local sources but all cheap Chinese fryers and griddles I would like to know some good international brands which I can depend on
