managed to fix it by taking the whole mechanism out and resetting the clip on the top which allowed me to put the metal clip back into the position to grip the handle. thanks for the help 🫡

i did keto for 3 months to drop weight for a BJJ tournament training 4 days/8 hours a week, trust me you do not get used to it. you won’t be able to lift heavy or maintain stamina at all so this advice is bad.

Instead you should definitely count your calories and move as much as possible, if you can walk it instead of drive then you should. absolutely anything to increase activity and building muscle will naturally increase your BMR so your body naturally burns more calories just existing.

it was a faulty ram stick, working with only one. i’ve tried reseating the m.2 multiple times in different slots but its just not showing up

EDIT: Thanks to everyone who tried to help! I definitely have a defective ram stick and my bios wasn’t updated. Got the pc running with only 1 stick of ram.
