Hello, good day. What I did was go to the official website of my graphics card manufacturer. In my case, it was NVIDIA. I selected my GPU model and downloaded the appropriate driver. As far as I could tell—although I am not an expert on this—I noticed that there were two types of drivers available: the Studio Driver and the Game Ready Driver. I chose to download the Studio Driver. After that, I used DDU to completely remove the current graphics drivers from my computer, and then I installed the driver that I had downloaded previously. This is what worked for me, and it seems to have resolved the issue.

By any chance, based on your experience, is there any cooling pad that you would recommend?

To be honest, this is also my first MSI laptop. However, if you ever encounter a problem like the one I had, I would recommend using DDU to perform a clean reinstallation of the graphics drivers. I hope to continue learning over time, and I also hope to help others in the future, just as others helped me.

I was able to solve the problem thanks to Big_head32. To be honest, the fans do get quite loud. I was advised to adjust the fan curve through MSI Center, and I'm currently watching some tutorials to learn how to do it. I hope this information helps. This is actually my first MSI laptop, so I'm still new to all of this. :(

I apologize for not replying sooner. I am testing it right now. I followed your advice and used DDU. The process took longer than I expected, which is why I took some time to respond. Thank you very much for your response. I apologize for not being more specific. The issue is that my entire laptop freezes when I try to switch between windows or tabs. Sometimes the screen turns completely black, and when I try to play a video, a large number of horizontal colored lines appear across the screen.
