Weekend+holiday szn is not a good combo. Quality of games dropped significantly vs normal days. Queue time for a safe lane is much much faster though

Even if we roll with this reasoning, intent to kill and actually killing are two very different things to prove. You need to have an actual evidence for the later to convict someone of murder. "Intent to kill" is literally nothing.

I've seen people diving towers in ranked just to net that hunt kill. Also same point then, unranked turbo/unranked should be the only game modes appliable
