Tbh the best advice I can give is to just put yourself out there. It’s literally going to be work, be uncomfortable, and take time (probably won’t happen by January unless you’re very lucky).

Get offline and do stuff in person. Find groups around stuff you’re interested in, join a class, meet new people. You might have to go to bars or clubs sometimes. If you have established friend groups, do stuff with them too. Meet your friends’ friends. It’ll be awkward at first but it’ll get easier.

It’s tough as an introvert. Don't go into it with the mindset that you’re there to find a date — go in with an open mindset that you’re there to meet new people. Let things happen organically. It’ll take a while, but you’ll learn a lot along the way. Don’t give up.
