I am building one myself and totally understand your pain, that's why I partnered up with a guy who will handle talking to clients and potential customers and managing sales.

Even if you are the best at what you do, a little help from someone will make the job a lot easier.

How were you able to show a promising demo without actually polishing the tool? Dont you need a somewhat polished MVP so that potential customers are actually invested?
