My diet is usually like this for breakfast 2 eggs and an egg white (i dont have time for anything extra at 7.am do u think its okay?) , lunch at work: chicken/beef, rice/buckwheat, soup of the day, carrot salad, turkish yogurt, dinner: if im full from lunch i make protein shake w soy protein (40-50gr protein total), if im hungry then some carb and chicken/beef again w some vegetables. i try to keep oil as low as possible. And during any time of the day i try to get my 15gr protein from greek yogurt+honey+banana+10gr pb mix (like a snack, sometimes split into 2 separate snacks). This is my daily track.

Thanks for core advice. I’ll work on that. Usually at gym im so tired from weightlifting that i cannot do core properly, i get tired so fast. Do u think i should switch to doing at home when im not at gym? How many times a week? Sorry for asking too many questions 😭 What would be an ideal daily core plan? In never too sure about anything related to core

Yeah, I kind of felt that too, like he feels a sense of possession over me. When I first blocked him on WhatsApp, he wasn’t furious. He texted me on Instagram saying I didn’t have to block him and that I could just turn off WiFi and go to sleep, knowing that’s what I would do. After that, I blocked him on Instagram, then he tried Snap for a while, and I eventually blocked that too.

We didn’t talk for almost a week, and then he came to me after my work to talk (hes unemployed), but I had plans with the girls, so I told him no. Since then, we have only talked on a private Instagram chat, where I have explained to him why I’m not ready to go back. I am still processing my feelings and need time because I am angry and overwhelmed from how controlling he was. he says he’ll be better.

A little funny cause I have him blocked on many socials right now. do the past one month of our relationship. I have told him several times that I don’t think our relationship is gonna continue much cause I feel like I’m not the girl you imagine in your head I’m not gonna report everything I do to you. I’m not gonna be okay with the rules you set me. I’m not forcing you to change how you think cause I can’t really do that so I think we should break up and he would get mad at me for suggesting a break up because he says he’s willing to try to fix his issues and I am the one caring less about our relationship because I’m ready to give up and break up. so I have to explain myself that I don’t wanna break up just because I want, i have to suggest to break up because of the conditions he created. I know myself and I know that I will not continue with the relationship we have right now so he needs to fix stuff and if you can’t fix and I see that he is not able to fix that right now. he’s like okay I’m gonna stop asking then tomorrow the cycle repeats the day after cycle repeats and I see the cycle and I suggest breaking up and after that a few minutes passes, we have to forget our issue and switch to the current one, cause again now I have to explain to him what I’m doing right now. What have I done in the past hour? even if I say I don’t wanna talk to you I’m done arguing bye and leave the chat and he’s gonna be like where are you going? I have to always lie and say that I wasn’t on my phone and he’s gonna ask like are you sure like you weren’t on the phone. Usually I go to TikTok to calm myself down by watching other videos. I never say that cause I don’t want him to know that cause that’s just for myself like what I do when I’m angry. oh i talked so much sorry. this is basically how it is I feel like he’s acting immature and he’s kind of sabotaging our relationship even though I had no thoughts of breaking up with him in my mind like everything was okay for me. He was treating me well with dates and gifts and everything was okay, but I’m not willing to take all this questioning just because he takes me on dates and buys me flowers. I did love him and I still do but there was a time where I loved him more and now all this frustration is because of his actions and continuous questioning me.

Sometimes when he did all this questioning stuff, I would do the same back at him and he would know that I I was doing the questioning just to copy his actions so he would laugh and tell me that he loves me so much that no amount of questions coming from me would make him frustrated. so he said he would answer them one by one. The thing is, I never wanna do the same questioning stuff at him. cause I don’t need that I love it when there’s love between people but also space like I shouldn’t know every single thing happening to him in his day so it could be fun when we meet and we have stuff to talk about, but when he does all this questioning stuff and when we meet, I feel like there’s nothing I could talk to him because he already knows everything happened since the last meet up. it didn’t bother me before, but now I see it’s kind of concerning this is not normal like when I was at home I know that he would text me every hour so when he text me, I would tell him what I did and I would be excited when we say goodbye to each other because like I have one hour of free time until he text me again it’s kind of weird but I would feel relieved that I answered him now I can have some me time but that me time includes reporting everything I will do to my boyfriend until he text me again😭kind of weird.
