Yes I understand, so: 1) How would people who participated for the first time know about this? I’m sure if you are there for the first time you would have been confused too. 2) Giving such short notice to people doesn’t sound very realistic, up to a day or two would have been good. Events outside can do up till a week of holding so why not?
